Since then, he has been focusing on building no more than 3-5 houses every year so he can devote his full focus on making them with as much care and detail as he would make his own home.

Pavel does not build cheap homes as it compromises on quality of construction and focuses on the high-end market, featuring ultra high efficiency and new smart home technologies. From the development of the plans to the type of lumber used inside the walls, he makes sure that he uses the best techniques and materials available.

Being a smaller company, Pavel is able to keep the overhead low, maximizing the amount of upgrades and finishes included into a home, while keeping the sales price competitive with other homes out on the market.

Katya is relentless in the pursuit of achieving the best possible results for her clients. As CFO of Astra Construction & Design, she manages procurement, contractor scheduling, invoicing and client reporting with a focus on optimizing performance and minimizing delays.
